License Still Says Expired After I Renewed

If you have renewed your license, but the registration screen still shows outdated information or that it is expired, you can refresh the information manually.  Press the little refresh icon button, in the upper right corner of the screen.

Check For Updates Is Not Working

In preparation for the 1.0 release, we had to change the location of the update server.  Anyone who downloaded FMPerception before June 10th, 2016, will need to download it again. You can always get the latest version from the   FMPerception main page, your account, or right here. We are sorry for the inconvenience.

If you are behind a firewall, you may need to adjust your proxy settings.   Learn more

Can't Register My License

Sometimes this is just a temporary thing. Give it a couple of tries if it still doesn't, and you are behind a firewall you may need to adjust your proxy settings.   Learn more.

Spinning Beach Balls, and Long Delays

FMPerception is pretty fast. But if you have a   very large system, you may experience delays and FMPerception works its way through the XML files it stores in its memory. We discuss this in greater detail in some of our other documentation.
